ISO 9001:2000质量管理体系在综合性三级甲等医院的实践与效果

摘　　要：目的探索在大型综合性三级甲等医院推行ISO9001:2000质量管理体系的方法。方法建立ISO9001:2000质量管理体系,通过认证并有效运行。结果实施ISO9001:2000质量管理体系之后12个月比之前12个月在就诊人数和住院人数、危重病人抢救成功率、病人满意率,以及门诊、住院收入上均有显著提高,而平均住院日明显减少。结论大型医院推行ISO9001:2000质量管理体系的内在效益是员工的质量观念转变,职责明确,操作规范,管理前移;外在效益是进一步提高了大医院安全、可信的品牌形象,患者满意率和服务效率提高,市场竞争力增强。Objective Explore the practice of ISO 9001:2000 quality management system in a large synthesizer Class A Hospital of Grade The Third. Methods Establishing ISO 9001:2000 quality management system in NANXISHAN hospital (Class A Hospiatal of Grade The Third fall within GUANGXI province)and was certificated with ISO criteria and operate effectively. Results The numbers of inpatients and outpatients,the rate of success in salveage the seriously ill, the rate of patients satisfaction,the earning of the outpatient department and inpatient department have more heightened,however average days of hospitalization have been reduced for twelve months after implementing ISO 9001:2000 quality management,system than before. Conclusion The benefit in-house is that the employees changed tune about quality,and the quality management moved along,and the employees understood their responsibility and operated normatively after practice of ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.The benefit external is that the employees changed tune about quality,and the quality management moved along,and the employees understood their responsibility and operated normatively after practice of ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.The benefit external is that the visualize of the large hospital become more safer and more reliable,and that the efficiency of serve and the rate of the patients satisfaction and the ability of competitiveness have been heightened.
