摘　　要：顺加作价改革对医院的作用,由于医院等级不同而效果不同。医院分大、中、小、基层四类,在药品收入均有下降的相同情况下,在利润(结余)、自有货币拥有量和医疗业务增长等方面,四类医院经济依次为状况良好、状况一般、状况由微赢转亏、亏损状况加重。The reform of drog price plus fixed rate affect on hospitals differently according to the different hospital degree.Hospital degree is big,middle,small and basic level.Hospitals showed difference in profit,money owned,medical input as good,normal,from zero to deficit and more deficit according to the four degree hospital respectively.
