Objective To study the significance of the changes of some clinical parameters about normal neonatal after they have swom for some days.Method 400 normal neonatals are divided into two groups,we observed their birth weight, and the weight, height after they had swom for five and forty two days, the time of the meconium turning yellow.Result There is no significance difference in birth weight between two groups, however, there is significance difference in the weight, height and the time of the meconium turning yellow, when in five days and forty days between tow groups. Conclusion Neonatal Swimming can accelerate the babies' growth in the early stage, reduce incidence rate of neonatal jaundice and decrease kernicterus.
