20所乡镇卫生院消毒管理现状分析与对策

摘　　要：目的　了解乡镇卫生院消毒管理现状,促进消毒管理工作规范进行。方法　采用统一检查标准,检查2所镇卫生院、18所乡卫生院的消毒管理制度落实情况。结果　普遍存在消毒隔离措施执行不到位,表现为医院感染管理的重点科室、重点部门的消毒隔离制度内容陈旧,缺乏实用性、针对性,消毒制度执行不严。结论　乡、镇卫生院消毒管理现状不容乐观,卫生行政部门、辖区内的学术团体、医院要共同努力,提高乡镇卫生院消毒管理水平。Objective To understand the situations of sterilizing management in rural hospitals of towns and villages and promote the sterilizing management.Method Check whether the sterilizing management systems were put into effect in 2 town hospitals and 18 village hospitals with unitive standard.Result The sterilizing management systems were not worked propertly, for example the contents of sterilizing system were old and lack practicability ?pertinence in some important section offices and departments of the hospitals' infection management . The sterilizing systems were not executed strictly.Conclusion The situations of sterilizing management in some rural hospitals are poor. Health administration department ?academy in popedom and hospitals should work together to improve the sterilizing management level in rural hospitals.
