摘　　要：本文讨论了一种数字系统的故障诊断的设计方法。在SJD581数字测井系统中,利用该方法可以把故障定位到30个区域之一,极大地方便了该系统的生产、调试和维修。This paper discusses a method of fault diagnosis in a digital system. By using thismethod, a fault can be located to one of 30 regions in the SJD581 digital logging system.This greatly facilitates the production and maintainance of the system.
