摘　　要：采用刚塑性有限元对方截面管零件的轴压液力成形过程进行数值模拟,预测其成形结果及可能出现的质量问题,为模具设计及加载路径的优化提供理论依据。Taking a square section shell as an example, the hydro-forming process is simulated with rigid-plastic FEM,to determine the forming results and the possible problems, which can provide a new way to optimize the loading path and the die design.
