摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、统计法,从“国内体育竞技能力”、“洲际体育竞技能力”、“国际体育竞技能力”三个层面,分析山东省竞技体育的实力现状;从数量和质量两个纬度探讨山东竞技体育后备人才资源的优势和问题,并提出开发对策。By means of literature reviews,questionnaires, interviews and statistics,from the three aspects of domestic athletic sports ability,intercontinental athletic sports ability and international athletic sports ability,the author tries to analyze the actual strength of the athletic sports in Shandong,discuss the advantages and existing problems of the reserved talent resources in athletic sports in Shandong in aspects of its quantity and quality and put forward countermeasures on the issue.
