摘  要:目的探讨放疗网络在临床的应用和意义。方法放疗网络是放疗科内的局域计算机网络,将放疗及与放疗相关的设备通过网络连在一起,对患者资料进行系统管理,对放疗科工作人员按其职能权限进行分工。通过网络系统获得模拟定位机和治疗计划系统的治疗数据,在加速器治疗机上自动设置治疗参数,对每个患者的照射野、照射剂量进行检测和限制。结果对接受治疗的150例患者进行了从病历号录入、定位、计划、验证和治疗的计算机管理,有7例需要加量治疗的患者,计算机提示并停止原治疗计划,由主管医生修正治疗计划后继续治疗。结论放疗网络的应用避免了数据传输、人工输入中的误差,是放射治疗临床质量保证和质量控制的工具。Objective To discuss significance and clinical application of local network in radiotherapy. Methods Radiotherapy network, an intra-departmental local computer network, is to establish a rapid and fault-free communication between radiotherapy and related facilities according to the function of individual person on those posts and, at the same time, adhering to the assigned division of labor. When therapeutic data are obtained from the patient's CT, MRI, simulator as well as the treatment planning system (TPS), they are transferred to the accelerator and automatically transformed into treatment parameters such as: irradiation field, prescription dose, gantry, table angle, etc. The final result is the automatic performance of radiotherapy with its field, dose and methods monitored, checked, limited, suspended if necessary and finally stopped. Results The actual carrying out of radiotherapy in 7(4.7%, 7/150) patients was suspended. After dose modification supervised by the attending radiotherapist, it was, then, given the green light. Conclusion The application of local radiotherapy network has guaranteed the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) by avoiding errors inherent to manual transference of data.
