摘 要:为采用大型组合构件法制造出最佳的大型产品,提出了开放网格计算环境中的先进制造及其仿真。在动态变化尺度概念下,该方法可以对大型组合制造产品设计与开发、生产线与工艺、企业建模与性能以及先进制造方法等仿真计算进行快速求解。介绍了在开放网格计算中实现先进制造仿真的系统仿真软件的结构和框架。该系统由并行虚拟机/HARNESS、高层体系结构/运行支撑基础结构及网格计算仿真等基本构件组成。采用区域分解与组合法,实现了仿真模型的快速计算。最后,比较了该系统与Gridsim、并行虚拟样机消息传递界面和高层体系结构3个仿真软件系统之间的差异。In order to optimally manufacture large-scale componential product by large-scale component methodology, a system of Advanced Manufacturing (AM) and Advanced Manufacturing Simulation (AMS) in Open Grid Computing Environment (OGCE) was proposed. Based on the concept of dynamically changing the scale, simulations during the design & development of larger-scale component manufacturing products, of production line and process, of manufacturing enterprise modeling and performance, and of advanced manufacturing processes could be rapidly solved by the proposed system. The software architecture and framework of the system consist of such several basic components as Paralleled Virtual Machine (PVM)/HARNESS, DoD Defense Modeling & Simulation Office (DMSO) High Level Architecture (HLA)/Run Time Infrastructure (RTI), grid computing simulation, etc.. Then, the simulation model of the system was computed rapidly by the method of Zone Decomposition & Combination. At last, this proposed simulation system was compared with three popular simulation software systems.
