摘　　要：以福建南纸日产 2 0 0t马尾松TMP生产线为例 ,通过完善系统流程 ,应用先进热回收技术及盘磨软启动技术 ,实施节水措施 ,取得了节能降耗的效果。The experience of energy-saving and consumption-reducing in the 200t/d Masson Pine TMP line of Fujian Nanping Paper Co.Ltd.was presented in this article.The effect of energy-saving and consumption-reducing was achieved by the improvement of system process,optimization of the refining technology,application of the advanced heat recovery technology,utilization of the refiner soft-start-up technology and the measures for reducing water consumption.
