摘　　要：货币替代是指外国货币在本国境内替代本国货币来行使货币的某一种或某几种职能的现象。无论从绝对量还是相对量而言,中国目前的货币替代程度不算严重,且处于隐性状态,但由于中国金融市场对外开放进程的加快,货币替代对中国金融稳定的影响问题不能不引起警觉。通过对货币替代影响因素的分析,我们可以为决策层提供反货币替代的政策性建议。Monetary currency substitution refers to foreign monetary currency replacing domestic currency in one or several area. No matter from absolute or relative measure, the degree of monetary currency substitution in China is not serious. And it's in a disguise status. Alone with the quicken space of China's financial market's openness towards outside world, attention must be paid to the influence of monetary currency substitution on the steadiness of China's financial market. Through the analysis on the influencing factors of monetary currency substitution, constructive suggestions of anti-substitution will be provided to decision making groups.
