摘　　要：郑成思是我国知识产权研究领域的著名专家。他曾参与了我国版权法的起草工作,且执笔起草了民法典知识产权篇(专家建议稿)。在版权法学研究方面,他注重我国版权史的研究,积极借鉴国外版权法学的成果,为我国版权法学的发展作出了多方面的贡献。Zheng Chengsi is a famous expert in the intellectual property research field of our country. He once participated in drafting the copyright law of our country and he drafted the experts' proposed chapter of intellectual property rights of the civil code. In the research of copyright law science, he paid attention to the research of copyright history of our country, drew lessons from the achievement of foreign copyright law science actively, and had made omni-directional contribution to the development of copyright law science of our country.
