摘　　要：新时期高校德育工作的对策之一是强调以学生为主体,也就是在高校德育工作中,突出学生主体的地位,关注学生主体的需要,把握学生主体的特征,以构建高校德育工作新体系。There have been challenges and countermeasures on moral education in universities under the situation of political multipolarizing , economy globalization , multicivilization worldwide in the new era . The reform of moral education must be boosted upward at keeping pace with the change of the time by all moral education teaching staff. The main educational pattern of moral education in universities must be built up.
