摘 要:采用醋酸乙烯酯、E-44环氧树脂、丙烯酸丁酯作为主单体,以α-甲基丙烯酸作为官能单体,采用半连续乳液聚合工艺,制备了环氧改性乙丙乳液.探讨了各种单体的比例,乳化剂的种类和用量,引发剂的类型和含量,不同聚合条件等因素对乳液性能的影响.通过正交实验,得出了最佳实验配方.测试了环氧改性乙丙乳液的各种性能.结果显示,环氧改性乙丙乳液有优良的稳定性、耐水性、耐酸性等综合性能.<Abstrcat>Based on vinyl acetate, epoxy resin, n-butyl acrylate as main monomers, and α-Methylacrylic as functional monomer, vinyl acetate emulsion modified with epoxy resin by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization is prepared. The effects of ratio of various monomers, category and amount of emulsifying agent, species and content of intiator, different polymeric condition on performance of emulsion are investigated. The optimal formulation is obtained by arthogonal experiment. Various performances of emulsion are tested. The result shows that vinyl acetate emulsion modified with epoxy resin posseses good stability, water resistance and acid resistance.
