摘 要:基于“反本质主义”的以多元文化论和小写哲学观为基本内容的罗蒂的后哲学文化观,本质上是反映和服务于其国家利益的美国国家意识形态,是以哲学术语表达出来的美国“单边主义”价值观。其“反本质主义”所“反”的“本质”实是作为“一切社会关系的总和”的现实的人的本质,其“反”乃是作为“反本质主义”的标榜者面对“全球化”背景下全人类的社会关系空前日益紧密的局势,企图“超越”这种现实的社会关系而不受它的制约,从而获得其绝对的自由;其不相信“世界本身的存在方式”的观念,在其现实性上就是否定“全球化”背景下全人类空前日益密切的社会关系的真实性。正是由于其无视这种社会关系的实在性,才导致了其虚无主义的真理观,并因而企图“超越”追求“与其对象同一”的“大写的”真理的“大写的”哲学。Richard Rorty' concept of post-philosophical view on culture, with his theory of multidimensional culture based on anti-essentialism, and his small letter philosophy as its basic content, is, in essence, about the state ideology of the US, representing and serving the fundamental interests of his country, as well as the American unilateralist values expressed in philosophical terminology. His anti-essentialism is essentially about going against what is truly essential of humanity as a whole in their intertwined social relationships; it's about attaining absolute freedom from social constraints in an attempt to transcend the given social relations in reality, considering what the anti-essentialists are faced with is an ever closer human relationships in the context of trendy globalization; and their denial of the true existence of this social relationships is, in reality, a rejection of the notion of existence of nature proper. It is this denial that leads to their resorting to nihilism in their pursuit of truth, and accordingly, to their seeking to transcend the capitalized Philosophy characterized by its attempts to capitalize truth, and to achieve its identification with the object under discussion.
