摘　　要：进一步探讨了制定科研评价体系的原则、方法等,并结合目前我国研究型大学的实际情况初步提出了一套科研评价指标体系。This paper points out that it is necessary for research universities to carry out science research evaluation based on the discussion regarding the definition of research universities and their characteristics. In the meantime, some regulations and methodologies have been explored for the establishment of this evaluation index system. Finally, a set of index system suitable to research universities has been proposed according to actualities in China.
