复方生肌膏外敷配合手术治疗痔瘘的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察复方生肌膏外敷配合手术治疗痔瘘的临床效果。[方法]将2 76例痔瘘病人随机分为两组,治疗组(2 2 1例)术后使用复方生肌膏外敷创口;对照组(5 5例)术后使用马应龙痔疮膏外敷创口。[结果]治疗组肛瘘创口愈合、肛裂创口愈合、血栓外痔创口愈合天数均较对照组短,两组比较均有统计学意义(P <0 .0 1)。[结论]复方生肌膏具有促进痔瘘术后创面愈合,缓解疼痛的功能,其疗效明显优于马应龙痔疮膏。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of external applying Fufangshengjigao and combined with surgery to treat patients with hemorrhoids and fistula.Methods:A total of 276 patients with hemorrhoids and fistula were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients of test group (221 cases) were given Fufangshengjigao external applying after surgery. And patients of control group (55cases) were given Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment external applying after operation.Result:In terms of healing times (days) of anal fistula, anal fissure and thrombosed external hemorrhoid were shorter in patients of test group than that of control group.There were significant differences between the two groups of patients(P<0.01).Conclusion:It showed that the curative effect of Fufangshengjigao is better than Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment. Fufangshengjigao external applying could promote the healing of trauma surfaces of patients after accepted hemorrhoids and fistula operation and relieve their pain.
