摘  要:通过正交试验,研究了不同温度、相对湿度、吸水时间和分散面积等因素对无水氯化锂吸湿性的影响。结果表明,分散面积对无水氯化锂的吸湿性影响最大,其次是相对湿度、吸水时间和温度;除温度外,分散面积、相对湿度和吸水时间与无水氯化锂吸水率之间均成良好的线性关系,其相关系数分别为0.99633,0.99947和0.99420。并对无水氯化锂吸水成为一水氯化锂进行了动力学研究,该过程的活化能为38.02kJ/mol,反应级数为1,频率因子为7.43×103min-1。The hygroscopic characteristics of anhydrous lithium chloride at different temperature,relative humidity, water adsorption time and scatter area have been studied through orthogonal test. The result shows that the most important effect factor is scatter area for the hygroscopic characteristics, following with relative humidity, water adsorption time and temperature. Scatter area, relative humidity and water adsorption time have favorable linear relation with water adsorption rate of anhydrous lithium chloride,their correlation coefficient are 0.996 33, 0.999 47 and 0.994 20 respectively.The kinetics study of the water adsorption of LiCl to LiCl·H_ 2 O is given here, the active energy of this process is 38.02 kJ/mol, the reaction order is 1, the frequency exponent of this process is 7.43×10-3 min -1 .
