摘　　要：IPO询价制度在对现行的股票市场产生积极推动作用的同时,也带来了一定的问题和弊端。本文着重对IPO询价制度的弊端作出分析,并提出相应的修补机制。The implementation of IPO pricing inquiry designates the preliminary formation of market pricing system of IPO in China. The system has a positive effect on present stock market, however, it also has generated some problems and deficiencies. This paper makes an analysis in this respect and puts forward a corresponding remedy mechanism.
