摘　　要：详细阐述了基于组件的GIS的技术基础及其特点,区别了两种形式的组件式GIS,给出了基于接口的组件式GIS的开发方式。以重庆市柑橘生产信息管理系统开发为例,论述了用ArcGIS8的ArcObjects提供的COM组件进行系统开发的方法。阐述了该系统与传统的GIS系统相比,在系统开发、系统扩展和系统集成等方面所体现的优点。This paper expatiates on the basic and feature of GIS based on COM,and differentiates two kinds of COM GIS, the development mode of GIS based on the interface of COM is given out. Take the oranges manufacture information management system in Chongqing as the instance, expounds COM's module which in the way of the ArcObjects of ArcGIS 8 supplied carries on the system development means. Shall that system be contrasted against tradition GIS,expounds the strongpoint that on the system development, system spreads and system integration and so on.
