鹿蹄草根状茎、叶器官的形态解剖学研究

摘　　要：鹿蹄草是北方一种常绿的野生花卉。利用石蜡切片法对鹿蹄草(PyrolacallianthaH.)根状茎、叶片进行了形态解剖学研究,同时观察了其叶片表皮形态。结果表明:鹿蹄草的解剖结构和叶片表皮形态与其常绿抗寒的特性之间有很强的相关性。研究结果为鹿蹄草积累了组织结构资料,为这种野生花卉在北方地区的开发、利用提供了理论基础。Pyrola calliantha is an evengreen wildflower in north China. Studies on the microstructure in rhizome and leaf of Pyrola calliantha was done with the paraffin section method.The results showed that there is a close relationship between anatomical structures and epidermic characters of leaves of Pyrola calliantha and its evergreen characteristic and winter resistance. Therefore, this research is helpful for developing and making good use of the cold resistant plant in north China.
