摘  要:以富士、嘎啦两苹果品种1年生组培苗为试材,研究了不同浓度的亚精胺(Spd)对其光合特性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的亚精胺效果不同,在两品种间的反应也有差异,1×10-5mol/L的亚精胺对富士效果最明显,而嘎啦则是1×10-4mol/L的亚精胺效果最佳,两种处理均表现为明显提高了两品种的净光合速率(Pn)及气孔导度(Gs),降低了胞间CO2浓度(Ci),同时也提高了两品种的PSⅡ原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm),对初始荧光(Fo)的影响二者有所差异。One-year old Fuji apple and Gala apple tissue culture seedlings were used as materials in the experiment. Effects of different concentrations of exogenous Spermidine (Spd) on the photosynthetic characteristics of the two varieties were studied. Results showed that the effects of exogenous Spermidine varied with different varieties and applied concentrations. To Fuji apple, 1×10^(-5) mol/L was the best, and to Gala apple, 1×10^(-4) mol/L was the best. Effects of 1×10^(-5) mol/L on Fuji apple and 1×10^(-4) mol/L on Gala apple were that the net photosynthetic rate (P_n), stomatal conductance (Gs) significantly increased,and the intercellular CO_2 concentration (Ci) declined, and the conversion efficiency of primary light energy (Fv/Fm) of PSⅡimproved, while the effects on the initial fluorescence (Fo) were different.
