白术根腐病症状类型及病原鉴定

摘　　要：在一年生和二年生白术的不同发育阶段,对病株根茎进行解剖观察,明确了根腐病有干腐型、湿腐型、基腐型3种主要症状类型。通过对白术根腐病病原分离、鉴定以及致病性研究,明确了根腐病是由尖孢、茄病、燕麦、半裸、木贼等多种镰刀菌和立枯丝核菌复合侵染引起。The dissecting observation on diseased annual and biennial plants of largehead atractylodes rhizome determined that the symptoms of rhizome rot on this plant included three different types: dry rot, wet rot and caudex rot. The results of isolation, identification and pathogenicity of the pathogen from the diseased plants indicated that the pathogen causes of root rot of largehead atractylodes rhizome were from different fungi: Fusarium oxysporum, F. solani, F. avenaceum, F. equiseti and Rizoctonia solani, and they caused compound infection on this plant.
