摘　　要：目的总结14例Ebstein心脏畸形患者15次手术后的监护体会。方法男9例,女5例。年龄5～40岁,平均13岁。体外循环下行房化心室折叠14例,部分三尖瓣成形11例,三尖瓣替换4例,闭合房缺或卵圆孔未闭9例,部分右房壁切除4例。结果死亡1例,病死率为15%。13例随访0.5～10年,无远期死亡。心功能Ⅰ级12例,Ⅳ级1例,为重度三尖瓣关闭不全,再次手术,行三尖瓣替换,恢复良好,心功能Ⅱ级。结记由于个体解剖特点和选择术式的不同,针对性的加强围术期监护,可有效预防并发症的发生。Objective To review the experience of postoperative care of 14 cases with Ebstein's anomaly. Methods There were 14 patients, males 9 cases, females 5 cases,The age ranged 5 to 40 years, average 13 years. Surgical procedures were performed under the general cardiopulmonary bypass in eluded plication of atrialized right ventricle in 14 cases. Devega' s annuloplasty of tricaspid valve in 11 cases, tricaspid valve replacement in 4 cases, closure of atral septal defect or opening foramen ovale in 9 cases. partial excision of right atrial wall in 4 cases. Results There was 1 cases death and no long time death during the 0. 5-10 years follow up. Heart function of 12 patients is grade I (NYHA) , One patient with heart function Ⅳ received re-operation because of the serious tricuspid regurgitation. Conclusion The intensive care for the Ebstein's anomaly patients should be different for its surgical treatment is individual to its anatomic character. It could prevented its complications in perioperation.
