抗肌动蛋白单克隆抗体在早期心肌缺血诊断中的应用

摘　　要：应用抗肌动蛋白单克隆抗体（HHF35），对10例正常心肌、6例已知心肌梗死、18例可疑早期心肌缺血组织进行石蜡切片免疫组化染色。结果：正常心肌阳性，梗死心肌阴性，18例可疑病例中14例呈不同程度弱阳性或阴性。表明心肌发生了缺血性改变，对比清晰，特异性强，对心肌缺血诊断有明显的应用价值。Myocardium from 14 cases of early myocardial infarct and 10 normal control cases were studiedimmunohistochemically using anti - actin monoclonal antibody (HHF35 ). The results showed thatthe normal myocardium stained evenly browrn, but in the area of infarct or ischemic myocardium thestaining is absent or decreased significantliy. By this method,the myocardial infarction may be dis-covered earlier than by H&E staining. Terefore,it can be used for the diagnosis of the early myocar-dial infarction in medicolegal cases of sudden death.
