摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定敌百虫原药中的有效成分,以乙腈:水(10:90,v/v)作流动相,在pH=2.90,波长为210nm,流速1mL/min的条件下,能有效地将敌百虫中所有杂质分离。此方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差为0.25,变异系数为0.27%,平均回收率为99.76%。An analytical method of trichlorfon by high performance liquid chromatography at UV210 nm was introduced. Trichlorfon was separated efficiently on a C18 reversed phase column using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase. The linear correlation coefficient, standard deviation, variation coefficient and average recovery of the method are 0.9999,0.25,0.27% and 99.76%, respectively.
