摘 要:目的 探讨16层螺旋CT之容积成像法对上颌埋伏牙定位的应用价值。方法 24 例埋伏牙患者,应用16 层螺旋CT行上、下颌骨扫描,获得数据经工作站(AW 4.1)采用三维容积成像技术(VR),利用不同组织(骨与牙齿)间的CT值阈值差异获得单纯的上、下颌牙体的表面影像和部分下颌骨的表面影像。结果 螺旋CT牙体容积成像能立体地显示上颌骨内埋伏牙冠根形态,唇腭侧位置,萌出方向以及与邻牙的关系。结论 螺旋CT容积成像能准确显示上颌埋伏牙的空间位置。Objective To investigate the practical value of volumetric rendering of MSCT in localizing impacted teeth of maxilla. Methods Twenty-four cases with impacted teeth of maxilla were examined with 16 slice CT. All cases received volumetric rendering for reconstruction, and surface images of denture of jaws and partial mandible were reconstructed with different threshold in different tissues (bone and tooth).Results The reconstruction images clearly showed the impacted teeth including crown, root, labial or palatal location, eruption orientation and relation with dentition. Conclusion Volumetric rendering of MSCT can present the spatial location of impacted teeth of maxilla precisely.
