摘 要:通过盆栽实验,研究了NH+4 N与NO-3 N两种形态氮素不同配比对红松幼苗光合特性的影响及其生理机制。结果表明,与对照(CK)相比,氮素处理降低了膜透性,提高了净光合速率、气孔导度、RuBP羧化酶活性、糖含量、光系统电子传递活性等生理指标。不同氮素混合处理使红松幼苗各生理指标增加的效应大于纯NH+4 N和NO-3 N处理效果。在混合处理中,以n(NH+4 N)/n(NO 3 N)(摩尔比)为1/3~ 2/2时的效果最显著,红松幼苗光合性能最佳。因此苗木施用氮肥时应考虑不同形态氮素的合理配比问题。The effects of different nitrogen forms (NH^+_4-N and NO^-_3-N) and ratios on the photosynthetic characteristics of the Pinus koraiensis seedlings were studied by pot experiment and the physiological mechanism was discussed.The results showed that the nitrogen treatments decreased the plasmalemma permeability and increased the net photosynthetic rate,the stomatal conductance,the RuBPcase activity,the sugar contents and the electron transport activities of PS Ⅰand PS Ⅱin comparison with the control.The increase of the physiological indexes mentioned above was the highest in the mixed treatment of NH^+_4-N and NO^-_3-N, then was in the NO^-_3-N treatment and the lowest in the NH^+_4-N treatment. The most benefit revealed as n(__ NH^+_4-N ) /n(__ NO^-_3-N ) ratio was 1/3 ~2/2.It is suggested that the rational ratios of different nitrogen forms be considered when the seedlings are to be fertilized.
