摘 要:为了探讨女大学生减肥的有效方法,将随机取样的女大学生分为具有可比性的两组。实验组背负10%体重的外加负荷进行3~4周的有氧运动练习;对照组在常规情况下进行相同时间的非负重有氧练习。实验结果显示,负重组有氧运动锻炼后,学生的身体成分有更明显的改善。In order to study the effective methods of weight control for female college students, volunteers of female college students were randomly divided into two comparable groups. Experimental group members were conducting various aerobic exercises in the condition of loading 10% of body weight; while the control group was participating the same activities without any extra loading. The results showed that after 3-4 week's period exercises the experimental group had much more significant improvement in body composition, compared with the control group.
