摘　　要：本文对上海外滩建筑群中一栋风格独特的历史建筑遗产—外滩九号“轮船招商总局大楼”的历史和现状、外部复原和内部整饬设计、以及工程施工的对策和方法进行了扼要介绍,并对使用中的历史老大楼如何获得内部空间上的再利用效果,恢复再生的活力,提出了保护性设计的策略。The No.9 Building of China Merchants Steam Navigation Co., Ltd. is a historical architectural heritage with unique style among the building groups in Huangpu Bund of Shanghai. This paper gives a brief account of its history and current situation, restoration of appearance, renovation of the interior and the countermeasures of project construction. The designers propose protective tactics of de-sign around how to achieve good effect on reusing the indoor space of the old building in use and how to regenerate the vigor.
