摘　　要：目的　探讨手术室护士长在手术室医护关系协调管理中的作用与方法。方法　通过分析手术室医护关系特点和可能产生的医护矛盾及其原因。结果　提出了从护士队伍内、外进行协调管理的思路,阐述了处理好协调管理中“四个结合”和“四个关系”的方法及其意义。结论　协调医护关系是实现手术室工作目标的重要环节。Objective Investigated the role and method of operating room head nurse in coordinating doctor-nurse relationship in operating room. Methods Analyzed characteristic of doctor-nurse relationship and the possible reason of contrary between doctor and nurse. Results Introduced the idea of coordination doctor-nurse relationship and administration nurses and explained the means and significance of four-combination and four-relationship in coordination doctor-nurse relationship and administration nurses. Conclusion It is important part of realizing the work-objection to coordinate doctor-nurse relationship in operation room.
