彩色喷墨打印纸的研究

摘　　要：介绍了彩色喷墨打印纸主要性能的检测方法 ,研究了彩色喷墨打印纸涂料配方中颜料的性能、胶粘剂的性能及用量对彩色喷墨打印纸主要性能的影响。研究表明 ,比表面积大、粒径小的二氧化硅有高的吸墨性和图像分辨率。聚乙烯醇可以提高颜色的光密度和吸墨的均匀性。This paper introduced the test methods of the properties of color ink jet printing paper and coating formulation was also studied, including the effects of pigment and binder on the properties of color ink jet printing paper. The results indicated that silica, as the coating pigment, which had larger specific surface and smaller particle size was beneficial to improve the ink absorbility and picture resolution. PVA, as the binder,was suitable for meliorating the image optical density and decreasing the optical density variation.
