摘  要:对 2种高光泽彩色喷墨打印纸进行了扫描电镜分析 ,观察其表面形貌 ;探讨了底涂涂布量和纳米级二氧化硅作面涂颜料时对纸页性能和打印性能的影响 ,实验结果表明 ,高光泽彩色喷墨打印纸表面存在大量的微孔和裂纹 ,底涂可以明显改善纸页性能 ,纳米级二氧化硅能够对纸页提供比较高的平滑度、吸收性能、色密度和图像质量。With the booming use of ink-jet printing in offices and at homes, research of ink jet printing paper has become a hot field. In this paper, two commercial glossy color ink jet printing paper available in local market were analyzed with scanning electronic microscopy to acquire the information about its surface appearance.The effect of the amount of pre-coating on paper properties and the influence of nanometer silicas as the pigment of top-coating on paper properties and printing quality were discussed. The results showed that there were many micro-pores and cracks on the surface of the glossy color ink jet printing paper; pre-coating could improve the paper properties greatly; the application of nanometer silicas could provide paper better smoothness, ink absorbency, color density and image quality.
