摘 要:通过驯化筛选分离出 7株高效降解氯酚的菌株 ,采用冷冻法通过 3种不同组合方式 (①氯酚优势好氧菌和厌氧颗粒污泥的混合固定 ;②中氯酚优势好氧菌单独固定后再与厌氧颗粒污泥混合 ;③氯酚优势好氧菌直接投加到厌氧颗粒污泥中 )在微好氧及厌氧条件下进行了研究。结果表明 ,在微好氧条件下 ,氯酚优势好氧菌和厌氧颗粒污泥的混合固定可以实现氯酚厌氧好氧同时降解 ;而在厌氧过程中 ,3种组合方式的氯酚降解速率则没有明显差别。厌氧好氧的活性实验也进一步证实了固定化颗粒中厌氧、好氧菌活性的存在。bacterial strains were separated from the reactor treating chlorophenol containing wastewater.Pentachlorophenol (PCP) degradation under micro-aeration and anaerobic condition with three series of batch experiment was compared:anaerobic angular sludge and the mixed isolated aerobic community were co-immobilized with PVA and sodium alginate; isolated aerobic bacterial species were immobilized first with PVA and sodium alginate then mixed with anaerobic angular sludge; and isolated aerobic bacterial species were cast directly into anaerobic angular sludge. Results indicated that during micro-aeration condition co-immobilized anaerobic angular sludge and isolated aerobic bacterial species could enhanced the efficiency of PCP reduction through the synergism of aerobes and anaerobes reductive dechlorination and exchange of metabolites within the co-immobilized angular sludge. There was no great difference of the three series in anaerobic condition. The biomass specific activities experiment further confirmed that strict anaerobes were not affected in micro-aeration environment.
