摘　　要：双塔氧脱木素不仅可以提高脱木素效率 ,还可以省去中间洗涤段 ,从而节省投资和运行成本。结合生产实际 ,对双塔氧脱木素的管路设计进行了较为详细的分析和计算 ,提出了工程设计中应予注意的问题。Oxygen delignification can remove parts of the lignin remained in the pulp after cooking.Oxygen delignification with two tower is different from one stage or two stage oxygen delignification. In addition to improve the delignification efficiency,it doesn't need the washing stage between two towers therefore can save investment and operation cost. This article analyses two tower delignification system and pipeline layout and discusses some important issues appearing in engineering design.
