摘  要:探讨了倒频谱技术在造纸机压榨部滚动轴承故障诊断中的应用。研究表明 ,倒频谱技术在识别滚动轴承振动频谱的边频、消除系统传递函数影响等方面具有显著的优越性。针对压榨部滚动轴承振动信号的特征 ,利用倒频谱技术可简化谱图的特征分析 ,提高压榨部滚动轴承在线故障诊断的准确性。In this paper, the application of cepstrum in the roller bearings fault diagnosis of paper machine press section was discussed. The research indicated that cepstrum had notable advantage to distinguish the side frequency of the bearings vibration spectrum of paper machine press section as well as to remove the effects of the transfer function in measuring system. Considering the features of the testing vibration signal of the roller bearings, the usage of cepstrum could simplify the analysis of the spectrum diagram therefore could improve the accuracy of on-line bearing fault diagnosis of paper machine press section.
