摘 要:利用添加少量碳源与漆酶组成的体系对稻草进行预处理 ,研究了预处理的最佳工艺条件、漆酶 /碳源系统 (LCS)与漆酶 /介体系统 (LMS)预处理结果比较及酶处理对后续蒸煮性能的影响。结果表明 :LCS完全可以代替昂贵的LMS来降解稻草中的木素 ;预处理最适条件为pH值 5 . 0 ,温度45℃ ,液比 1∶7,时间 4~ 6h ,酶用量 2 0~ 30IU/g ;与未处理相比 ,当酶用量为 30IU/g,时间 4h条件下 ,预处理后蒸煮的浆料得率提高 4 . 6个百分点 ,裂断长、耐破指数、撕裂指数和白度分别提高34 . 2 %、 2 3 . 8%、 78 . 6 %和 4 . 6 %SBD。Rice straw was pretreated with Laccase/carbon sources system to improve its pulpability. The optimum condition of Laccase pretreatment, a comparison between Laccase/carbon sources system (LCS) and Laccase/mediator system (LMS), the effect of the pretreatment on AP-AQ cooking of rice straw were investigated. The results indicated that LCS can completely replace the expensive LMS for degrading the lignin in rice straw, the optimum conditions of pretreatment were pH value 5.0, temperature 45℃ ,liquor ratio 1∶7, pretreatment time 4~6 h, enzyme usage 20-30 IU/g.Compared with untreated straw, the pulp yield of straw pretreated with Laccase/carbon sources at enzyme usage 30 IU/g and pretreatment time 4 h increased by 4.6 points; the breaking length, bursting index and tearing index increased by 34.2%, 23.8%and 78.6% respectively; the brightness increased by 4.6 points.
