摘 要:研究了石棉纤维的湿法打浆性能 ,发现石棉纤维具有高的正电性 ,其Zeta电位随pH值的降低不断升高 ;随着打浆转数增加 ,Zeta电位和电荷密度明显下降 ,石棉纤维开始分丝 ;当打浆转数为 1 50 0r时 ,石棉纤维打浆度达到最大值 ,抄造的石棉胶板的抗张指数最大。Currently two typical methods are used for forming asbestos sheets, one is compressed process, and the other is papermaking process.In papermaking process, asbestos is beaten under wet condition, which is different from the compressed process. The refining performance of asbestos was investigated in this paper. And it was found that asbestos was with very high positive charge.The positive Zeta potential of asbestos increased while pH value dropped, and decreased while refining increased. The electric charge density of asbestos dropped quickly as refining increased.The Suitable refining revolution for asbestos was 1500 r when it was refinned by a PFI mill,the asbestos fibres were defibred effectively, and the fibres were less cut to fragments, and the tensile strength of the asbestos sheets reached maximum under this refining condition.
