摘　　要：为了实现铁路机车车辆轮对滚动轴承不解体的现场检修,设计了一种便携式滚动轴承检测信号数据存储管理系统。介绍了系统的整体设计、结构原理,软件采用C++Builder开发,讨论了数据存储与管理模块设计,提供两种查询方式,支持数据删除与压缩,操作简单便捷。试验结果表明,其应用于现场稳定可靠,数据存储查询速度快,充分满足实时性要求。This paper designs a portable locomotive roller bearing Data Management System in order to check roller bearing without disassembling in field.The complete design scheme,structure and principle of the system are introduced.A software system which uses C++ builder is developed.And also data storage and management module design are discussed and two query methods are provided to support database packing function with the simple operation.The results of experiment on roller bearing of locomotive freight car show that the speed of sampling and querying is fast and the system is reliable and can meet the requirements of realtime detection.
