摘 要:采用半固态挤压铸造工艺对B级钢轴箱体进行了成形研究,获得了形状完整、轮廓清晰的铸件,但铸件表面有明显的裂纹和冷隔等缺陷.针对这些缺陷进行了深入的理论分析,分析表明:压头脱出力、模具预热温度、比压等是影响铸件质量的关键因素.在理论分析的基础上进行了大量实验,结果表明:优化压头脱出力、模具预热温度、比压等成形工艺参数可以消除缺陷.The study on the forming of axle box body of B grade steel was conducted by semi-solid squeeze casting. The cast with complete shape and clear contour was obtained. But some apparent defects e.g. crack and cold laps were found on the surfaces of the cast. After an in-depth theoretical analysis on these defects, some critical influence factors such as the ejection force of punch, the temperature of mold, forming pressure etc. were determined. A great deal of experiments was carried out on the basis of theoretical analysis. It is safe to draw the conclusion that these defects could be eliminated by optimizing the processing parameters e.g. the ejection force of punch, the temperature of mold, forming pressure etc.
