摘 要:本文通过分析传统的等电容、等极板台阶设计的电容芯子局部放电起始电压偏低的原因,提出以极板边缘最大场强 E_(max)为设计基础,以各绝缘层局部放电平均场强与极板边缘最大场强的比值恒定作为设计目标的新的设计方法。本方法调整了各极板下部的轴向场强 E_2(i)的分布,使纸油界面上的切向场强下降且趋于均匀,理论分析和实验结果可知,新设计的套管局部放电起始电压有较大提高,并有利于提高油中闪络电压。The paper gives a new design method for condenser body of bushing.In order to increase the partial discharge inception voltage of bushing which is important in design,the authers take the maximum electric field at the elec- trods edge E_(max) as the basic parameter and make the ratio between average field of partial discharge on the insulated layer and E_(max) constant in the new design.In the meantime,the authors adjust the axial electric field of the lower part of electrodes to make tangential field on paper-oil interface decrease and well-distributed.The theoretical analysis and experimental results verify that the partial discharge inception voltage of bushing designad by new method is higher than that designed by the tranditional methhd,and the flashover voltage of the lower part of bushing in oil is also incresed.
