摘　　要：目的 介绍一种腹腔镜脾脏切除术(LS)中无需使用内镜下切割吻合器(Endo—GIA)的新技术。方法 使用该技术对7例患者进行腹腔镜脾脏切除术。结果 7例LS均顺利完成,无中转开腹,无术后并发症发生。术中出血量约50～350ml,平均200ml,手术时间110～180分钟,平均140分钟。结论 该技术通过解剖二级脾蒂处理脾蒂,无需使用价格昂贵的Endo—GIA,是一种切实可行的手术方法。Objective To introduce a new technique of laparoscopic splenectomy (LS) without using Endo - GIA. Methods Laparo -scopic splenectomy without using Endo - GIA was performed in 7 patients. Results LS was successfully completed in 7 patients. There were no convention to open surgery, nor postoperative complication. The mean intraoperative blood loss was 200ml (50 -350ml) . The mean operation time was 140min( 110 - 180min) . Conclusions By using our technique, it is possible to perfrm LS without using Endo - GIA by dissecting secondary branches of splenic pedicle.
