摘　　要：基于可持续发展的区域出口促进政策机理的研究,结合中国区域出口促进政策的具体实践,深入剖析了符合可持续发展要求的区域外贸出口促进政策的生成机理、基本框架、作用目标和组织保证,提出了区域外贸出口促进政策作为一种公共产品,必须遵循世贸组织规则等六大约束条件。After three years of China's entry into WTO, this paper analyses deeply the targets and frameworks of China's export-promoted policy mechanism and its machines, investigates the reality of China's regional promoted-policy for export and concludes that China's regional policy for export promotion should be harmoniously innovated in accordance with the demands of the continual development of China's regional economy and society under the restrictions of changing factors of demands of market, allocation of resources, protection of environment, social accountability, WTO rules and prospected targets.
