摘  要:完整描述了三峡—广东直流输电工程系统调试过程中进行无通信逆变侧多次丢失脉冲试验时导致一个阀避雷器爆炸这一事故的全部过程。通过将换相失败的原理与实际的试验现象相结合,分析了整个事故原因,并对事故解决方法进行了描述和解释。对多次补充试验结果的分析证实了错误已经改正,今后遇到该类情况发生时不会再发生类似错误。This paper describes integrally the process of arrestor explosion happened in the test of pulse missing repeatedly in inverter without telecommunication during the debugging course of Three Gorges to Guangdong HVDC transmission project. Combining the principle of commutation fault with real test phenomena, the reasons of the whole incident are analyzed, and the method to deal with this accident is described and explained. According to the analysis of complementary test results for many times, it proves that this mistake is corrected, and the similar mistake will not happen again when the same case happens in the future.
