摘　　要：目的:寻找一种治疗中年眶周老化病人的简单而有效的门诊手术方法。方法:通过眉整形切口应用SMAS层折叠方法对一组病例进行治疗,并进行术后满意度问询和随访。结果:本组66例病人手术后对效果满意,并发症少,随访6￣24个月,术后瘢痕小,疗效持久。结论:该手术创伤小,效果持久,可以推广应用。Objective A simple and effective periorbital rejuvenation method was introduced to treat middle-age people. Methods Through brow plastic incisions local SMAS was folded and fixed in the operations. After operation questionnaires and follow-up were delivered. Results All the 66 patients in this group were satisfied with the effects after operation. There were no significant complications found through 6~24 months follow-up, and the effects were persistent while the incision scars were small. Conclusion It is a valuable method to treat periorbital aging with low invasion and persistent effect.
