摘　　要：目的:考察八仙丸胶囊的壮阳作用。方法:采用果蝇及大、小白鼠对八仙丸胶囊壮阳作用进行药效学研究。结果:八仙丸胶囊能提高果蝇交配率,明显缩短去势大鼠电刺激诱发阴茎勃起的潜伏期,能增强耐力和耐缺氧能力。结论:八仙丸具有提高机体免疫力和补肾壮阳的作用。Objective: The investigate the Baxian capsules effects of invigorating Yang. Method: The pharmacodynamics study was conducted in the invigorating Yang of drosophila melanogaster, and rats,mice. Result: The Baxian capsules had the effect of increasing drosophila melanogasters mating rate and obviously shortening its incubation period when the rats has been castrated and its penis was caused to excite by electricity ,impling that Baxian capsules effects of invingorating Yang. At the same time,the capsules had the advantages to increasing endurance and ability of enduring lack of oxygen as well as little poison . Conclusion: Baxian capsules have the effects of increasing body's immunity and Bushengzhuangyang.
