摘 要:介绍了注水地层的结垢机理及影响结垢的因素。在一套高温高压装置上进行了地层条件下硫酸盐结垢趋势的实验研究,考察了温度、压力、注入水与地层水的混合比等因素对结垢程度、类型的影响。In Malin Oil Field.Changqing,injecting formation water(containing large amount of) highly imcompatible with reservoir water of high Ba(2+),Sr(2+),and Ca(2+) contents has caused severe problems of scaling in the reservoir waterflooded.Many phenomena are awared from specially drilled inspecting wells.In this experimental work the amount of Ba.Sr,and the Ca sulfates precipitations are determined at different temperatures(25-60℃),pressures(0.1-16MPa) and injection and reservoir water volume ratios(1:9-9:1) in a flow-through-microfilter tester.It is shown that the highest tendency to precipitate is observed for BaSO4 and the second high-for SrSO4 while no precipitation is formed for CaSO4 in all test conditions.The growth of sulfates crystals on clay particles and their transfer in natural cores as a result of a microcore flow test are described.
