摘  要:以赤泥、粉煤灰等工业固体废弃物为原料,添加了一系列改善坯料制备性能及样品烧结的添加剂,采用压制成型方法,制备了高性能的艺术型清水砖。测定了样品的吸水率、气孔率、体积密度及抗折强度,并采用XRD、SEM测试技术对样品的相组成和显微结构进行了分析。结果表明,清水砖气孔率达4 0 %~5 0 % ,抗折强度达5 0~85MPa ,由CaAl2 Si2 O8、Ca3 Fe1.88(SiO4) 3 、Ca3 (SiO4)O、Fe2 O3 、SiO2 相组成,主晶相晶体呈长条、针棒状交织排列,气孔均布于样品中。另外,讨论了添加剂及制备工艺对样品结构与性能的影响。The artistic decorating simple brick was made from some solid wastes such as red mud, fly ash and so on. Some additives were used to improve the properties. The water absorption, porosity, bulk density and bend strength were measured. XRD and SEM tested the phase compositions and microstructures. The results showed that the porosity was about 40%-50%, bending strength was about 50-85 MPa. The main crystalline phases were CaAl2Si2O8, Ca3Fe1.88 (SiO4)3, Ca3(SiO4)O, Fe2O3 and SiO2, and they interlaced as strips and small rodlike crystals. The pores dispersed uniformly in the samples. The effects of additives and preparation process to the properties and microstructures were discussed in detail.
