摘 要:为了提高回转烘干机的热效率,研究了回转烘干机的最佳转速和L型扬料板的结构角。在实验室建立的冷模回转烘干机上,实验了各种L型扬料板在转速变化时筒体截面风洞的变化。对实验数据进行数学分析得出烘干机在筒体截面风洞最小时,安装不同结构角度的L型扬料板的烘干机应具有不同的最佳转速,最佳转速随L型扬料板结构角的增大而增大;L型扬料板结构角小,物料在筒体截面上的分散度大,结构角最佳为90°。In order to increase thermal efficiency of rotary dryer, optimal rotation rate o f machine tube and structural angle of L type's lifting board were studied on th e cold model of rotary dryer in laboratory. Wind hole alteration in section of t ube was tested to each structural angle of lifting board when rotation rate was varied. By mathematic analysis, the optimal rotation rate of rotary dryer was gi ven with each structural angle lifting board when the wind hole was minimal .The paper also gave the conclusions that the optimal rotation rate increases with t he increasing of structural angle. The smaller the structural angle was, the lar ger the mineral spreading area in section of tube was. The optimal structural an gle of L type's lifting board is 90°.
