摘 要:以4个栽培大豆品种的子叶节为外植体,进行了苗龄与6 BA浓度对大豆子叶节丛生芽诱导影响的试验研究。结果表明:大豆子叶节丛生芽率在不同大豆品种、无菌苗苗龄和6 BA浓度间都存在着极显著的差异。诱导子叶节丛生芽产生的适宜苗龄吉林30和黑农35为8d,吉林35和合丰25为12~16d;6 BA的适宜质量浓度为1 5mg/L。<Abstrcat> Using cotyledonary nodes of four soybean varieties as explants, the factors affecting overgrowing shoots of soybean cotyledonary node were investigated in this research.The results showed that the inducing rates of overgrowing shoots were significantly different among different plant genotypes, ages of aseptic seedlings and concentrations of 6-BA. The appropriate ages of aseptic seedlings induced by overgrowing shoots of cotyledonary node of different genotypes were as follows: Jilin 30 and Heinong 35 are (8 d); Jilin 35 and Hefeng 25 are 12~16 d. The appropriate concentration of 6-BA is 1.5 mg/L.
